Storage
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the purpose or as required by law. Statistics and recording data held by our providers is retained in accordance with each provider's own retention policy.
Processors
We use the following providers that process data on our behalf:
- Vercel — hosting and cookie-free visitor and performance statistics (legitimate interest)
- Microsoft — Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session recordings, loaded only with your consent (consent)
- Google — Search Console for aggregated search statistics on how the website is found in search results (legitimate interest)
- Bookspot — the booking service you use to book a trip (legitimate interest)
- Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) — error tracking, cookie-free, data stored within the EU (Germany) (legitimate interest)
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to the processing of your data
- Withdraw your consent at any time (e.g. to Microsoft Clarity) via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer
- Lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY), the supervisory authority in Sweden
